Dogs' water bowl provided. We take pride in our friendly service, wide selection of drinks and high quality real ales. We also serve delicious, traditional pub food and offer a great value B&B, which specialises in accommodating walkers, hikers and cyclists visiting the Peak District.
Traditional stone barn conversion on our beautiful 18th century Peak District alpaca breeding farm. Excellent dog walking country, great selection of long and short walks. Plenty of room on farm for 'off-lead' walking. Gated garden. Loads to do locally.
Dogs on a lead are welcome at the Musuem. Water bowels are provided around site. Dogs are allowed in all exhibition spaces, shops, in the pub and on the trams.

Access via the market place in Castleton; 15 miles W of Sheffield on A6187 (OS Map 110; ref SK 149826). Good walks nearby including the Cavedale route in Walks Directory which affords views of the castle from the dale.
Dogs receive a welcome pack which consists of a bowl, chew stick and blanket.Great walks from the front door. List of recommended pubs to visit with your dog which are located near to cottage. Dogs welcome in all downstairs areas, not in bedrooms.
