On the North East slope of Cockburn Law, about 4.5m from Grantshouse, 1 mile walk from the A6112 Duns road, then a footpath for 2 miles • 67 NT 772 603.
One of the few Iron Age brochs in lowland Scotland. Unusually large, it sits in a fort defended by ramparts and ditches, partially overlain by a settlement of the Romano-British period.

Dogs are permitted in the grounds if kept on a leash. They are not permitted in roofed buildings. Owners are asked to be sensitive to the effect of their dogs on others, esepcially children. Poop scoops are available from the steward at staffed sites. Please clear up after your dog.
