Crossraguel was founded early in the 13th century by the Earl of Carrick and its remains include the church, cloister, chapter house and domestic premises.

Dog Restrictions:
Dogs are permitted in the grounds if kept on a leash. They are not permitted in roofed buildings. Owners are asked to be sensitive to the effect of their dogs on others, esepcially children. Poop scoops are available from the steward at staffed sites. Please clear up after your dog.
