Set in the idyllic Shropshire Hills AONB where you can relax and enjoy escaping into rural life we have three luxurious en-suite rooms. There are plenty of walks to be enjoyed either starting from our door or in nearby areas such as the Long Mynd or Stiperstones. The medieval town of Ludlow is nearby as are attractions such as Stokesay Castle, Berrington Hall and Powis Castle. Click the link to our website for full details.
Areas dogs welcome:
We have a large ground floor en-suite room with a super-king bed in which we allow one dog to stay. The room is over 5m x 5m so there is plenty of space for you and your dog. There is a private entrance for this room leading to the parking area. The entrance area is tiled allowing you to clean your dog inside if needed.
Areas dogs not welcome:
Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room if there are other guests staying.
Number & type of rooms:
In addition to our ground floor dog-friendly room we have two other en-suite rooms one of which can be prepared as either a double or a twin. Beds are either super king or king sized. One of the rooms has its’ own cosy lounge.
Our breakfasts offer a wide range of hot and cold choices. For those not wishing to eat at a local establishment we are able to provide ‘bedroom picnics’ ~ please ask for details. All the rooms are equipped with freesat tv’s, silent fridges, large sofas and a selection of teas and coffees. The large walk-in showers have complimentary Duck Island toiletries.
