  1. New dog friendly cottages in Devon

More dog friendly cottages have been added to our Devon Self Catering directory. My Favourite Cottages offer a selection of holiday cottages and apartments in Devon (plus other areas) where dogs are welcome. Here are just a few examples: At Cornborough Cottages there are 2 luxury cottages (house plus annexe) within walking distance of a pub and just a mile from sandy beaches at Westward Ho! Meanwhile Litton Farm is a stunning 4 bedroom farmhouse with an enclosed garden and set on an 180 acre estate that guests can explore. The house has flexible accommodation with 2 double en-suite bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. If you like cycling there is secure bike storage and stabling is also available for horse friendly holidays.

Explore Exmoor National Park and the Tarka Trail from The Byre, a 3 bedroom dog friendly holiday cottage. Converted from a 19th century barn, the cottage is a newly refurbished rural retreat. There’s a dog friendly pub in the village that serves food and has a large beer garden. Last but not least is Warcombe Farmhouse a 500 year old renovated house in a quiet rural location just a mile from the pretty North Devon village of Lee Bay, where there is a small rocky cove and a family and pet friendly pub, the Grampus Inn. The detached farmhouse sleeps 9 in 4 bedrooms plus dog(s). Features include a gas bbq in the garden, under-floor heating downstairs, central heating upstairs and a cosy wood burner for chilly evenings.
