  1. Planning ahead for dog friendly holidays

While many four paw friends enjoy autumn walks some like nothing better than snuggling up by the fire or in an armchair. So now the daylight hours are shortening this is a good time to start thinking about your next dog friendly break or 2018 holiday.

If you have children then a dog friendly holiday park or lodge could be a good option as they usually offer facilities such as swimming pools, play areas and entertainment. Our Dog Friendly Holiday Park directory has park options in England, Scotland, Wales plus one in the Netherlands.

Self Catering holidays are particularly popular with dog owners as these usually give greater flexibility of space, privacy and meal times. There is accommodation to suit singles, couples, families and groups of friends. Check out our Dog Friendly Self Catering directory for dog friendly holiday cottages and more.

Alternatively Hoseasons offer a range of dog friendly holiday accommodation across the UK  in Holiday Parks, Lodges and on boats. Bookings are now being taken for Hoseasons 2018 Easter and summer holidays. Most holidays booked by 31/12/17 can be secured with a low deposit (T&C’s apply). Hoseasons also have some availability for 4 night dog friendly Christmas and New Year breaks.
