  1. Speke Hall, Merseyside Added for a Dog Friendly Walk and Day Out

Another National Trust property, Speke Hall, Merseyside (Lancashire) has been added to our dog friendly days out directory. In common with many National Trust properties access for dogs is limited and they are not permitted in the formal gardens or hall but there’s lots of scope in the wider grounds. Woods and a coastal reserve provide plenty of space to walk the dogs and the property’s reception can provide a map for those who’d like one.   After the stroll there’s outdoor under-cover seating at the restaurant and a dogs’ water bowl.

A link to these details is also in our dog friendly Walks and Beaches Directory

Holiday accommodation that will accept your dog is available if you are holidaying with your best friend in the area.  For example, have a look at our dog friendly holiday parks page for Northern England or use the search facilities from our home page.
